Log into https://documentselfservice.cshl.edu/
Username, not full email, and password.
Select My Delivery Settings
Paystubs - Email Delivery
Select I forgot my PDF Password
If you select Change my PDF Password
**This will only affect the password moving forward. This will not work on old paystubs.
