On WindowsWithin the Outlook app, go to File
Navigate to Open & Export then click on Other User's Folder
Type in the person's email address and make sure Calendar is the selected folder type
Click OK
On Mac
Within the Outlook App, go to File > Open > Other User's Folder
Type in the person's email address, ensure Calendar is selected as the folder type and make sure your email address is selected within account.
Click Open.
On OWA
Click on the grid on the top left and click Calendar.
Click Add Calendar > From directory
Type the email address and click Open.

To Open A Calendar Shared With You
You'll receive an email inviting you to join their calendar. Click on accept, then you'll be taken to your calendar where you'll see the Calendar appear on the left hand side of the page.
Right click on the person's calendar to see more options.
Please note: If you are on a Mac, accepting the invitation needs to be done through
OWA (Outlook Web App) rather than the Outlook application.
If you already have permissions to access someone's calendar, but cannot see it on your Outlook application please continue with the directions below.
