How to Self-Enroll your Phone on DUO

1.     From your mobile phone, make sure you are on the “CSHL-Wifi” network on campus.

2.     Go to the site: https://duosignup.cshl.edu/

3.     Sign in with your username (not email) and password

4.     Click the “Enroll” button

5.     Press the “Start” button, then select “Mobile Phone”

6.     Enter your Phone Number, then press “Continue”

7.     The setup will give you a link to install the Duo app if you do not already have it installed, otherwise press “I have Duo”

8.     Press the button to open Duo, and your phone should switch to the DUO app.

9.     In the DUO app, press the “Save” button.

10.  Done!
