IT Collaborator Account Request Policy
CSHL requires requestors of collaborator accounts to follow the IT Collaborator Account Request Policy defined here. Collaborator accounts enable non-employees to access the CSHL network, storage, and integrated applications for approved CSHL business.
Collaborator accounts must be approved and managed by a designated CSHL authority through an IT account request process. Tickets for accounts must be submitted no later than one week prior to the desired use date. Each collaborator must provide their email, phone number, and a signed CSHL Computer Use Policy.
All account names will be auto-generated based on IT naming convention. Collaborator account end dates may not exceed 6 months.
