Sharing from Outlook (PC)
1. In outlook make sure the resource (mailbox, or calendarthat is in your mailbox) is accessible
a. You may need to scroll as some of you may have other items in that folder such as PST files, other mailboxes etc…
b. If you do not see if please email me and I will fix it.
c.
2. Click on the Calender Icon below (it depends what version you have but you can contact help desk to ensure you have Office 2013 or higher installed)
3. You will see a list of calendars
a. “Calendar – Shared Mailbox – DNALC” is left blank intentionally. This is the default calendar that is assigned to each mailbox (similar to how each of you have your own calender in your own mailbox)
b. You should see the “Calendar Name – Shared Mailbox – DNALC” also in the same list
i.Example: Regeneraon DNALC ### - Shared Mailbox – DNALC where ### is the number of unread or number of items in that folder (this is specific to each person settings in their personal outlook)
c.
