You can manage your voicemail messages either through the web portal or directly from your phone. Instructions for both methods are below.

Voicemail Web Management (Recommended)

This option allows you to listen to, delete, and recover messages using a web browser.

  1. Connect to the CSHL network or VPN

  2. Go to: https://csco-uc1.cshl.edu/inbox/

  3. Log in using your username (do not include @cshl.edu) and password

  4. Select Web Inbox

From here, you can manage your messages.

Important:

  • After reviewing messages in the Inbox tab, select the Deleted tab and permanently remove messages to avoid mailbox limits.

Note:
Community/shared phone extensions do not have voicemail enabled and cannot be accessed through the web portal.

Accessing Voicemail by Phone

  3. Enter your PIN, then press #

    • Select Deleted Messages (options may vary)

    • Choose one of the following:

      • Delete messages individually, or

      • Delete all messages at once

Important:
Menu options may change depending on the number and type of messages in your mailbox. Please listen carefully to the prompts.
