This document will guide you through reconfiguring Outlook for Office 365 after your email account has been migrated to 365.
- Open Outlook
- You should see a message pop up in Outlook notifying you that some changes have occurred and that you need to restart the Outlook program.
* In some cases, you will not get alerts but you will see a disconnected or a need password message on the bottom right. - Close and quit Outlook.
- Reopen Outlook and you will be met with a new sign-in page, similar to Office 365.
- A pop-up will appear for CSHL Single Sign-on for Office 365 prompting a DUO authentication. This would be similar to logging in to office.com.
- Select the option "Allow my organization to manage my device". This must be selected to allow us to ensure the security of CSHL Data.
- Proceed to Login.
