
If user receives message from International Tax Navigator indicating "Closing application!! Could not find Security SoftKey", perform the following steps

**** As per Support:
When Soft Key is not verified, open the TRITNCommon file located at C:\ProgramData\Thompson
Verify the Database Path is correct = \\community\TRTaxNav\TaxNavShare
If it is incorrect, correct the path.
You can use the Tax Nav Admin account to log in and install the application if needed.

Old instructions....
- open International Tax Navigator icon on desktop
- click on "Tools"
- click on "Keyless License Manager" to open Keyless License Manager
- click on "Keys" tab
- highlight user having issues
- select "Release key" and select "Yes" to release the key
- select "Assign key" to reassign the key to the user
- Enter the user's name and click "OK"
- Message will be displayed indicating "License updated" and click "OK"
- Close License Manager, and the user will be able to open International Tax Manager
