Office 365 - Access and Login

Duo Universal Prompt is a modern and more secure authentication method compared to the legacy methods. Here's a guide on how to sign in to Office 365 using Duo Universal Prompt:

1. Navigate to the Office 365 Sign-In Page

• Open a web browser and go to the Office 365 sign-in page: https://www.office.com/

2. Sign In

• Use your Email Credentials to Login
• If you have been setup with an alias or your email differs from your primary username (UPN/UserPrincipalName) please contact Helpdesk
• Click the "Next" button.

3. Verify Your Identity with Duo Universal Prompt

• A prompt will appear on your screen asking you to verify your identity using Duo.
• You may have several options to choose from:
  • Push notification: Tap the "Approve" button on your Duo mobile app.
  • Passcode: Enter the passcode generated by your Duo mobile app.
  • Security token: Enter the code from your hardware security token.
  • Phone call or SMS: Receive a verification code and enter it.

4. Access Office 365 Applications

• Once you've successfully verified your identity, you'll be redirected to your Office 365 dashboard.
• You can now access various Office 365 applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, and more.
