Wifi Settings Apple Mobile Devices
If you are experiencing network slowness and inconsistent issues on CSHL-WiFI, CSHL-OC, or GUEST networks, please check the following settings are disabled before reporting an issue.
Apple iPhones and iPads:
Open System Settings
Inside of the Settings panel, please select WIFI
Inside the Wi-Fi panel, select the “i” in a circle to the right of the network name
Turn off “Limit IP Address Tracking”
If you see CSHL-WiFI, CSHL-OC, or GUEST under MY NETWORKS, please select the “i” in a circle to the right of the network name and turn off “Limit IP Address Tracking” there as well.
