How to Forward your Phone

Note: You must use the VPN to log in while off-campus

Go to: http://myPhone.cshl.edu
Enter CSHL username and password
Click Sign In

Click the Phones tab
Click Call Forwarding in the Navigation Pane
Click the check box for the extension to forward calls from
From the drop-down menu Choose “Voicemail” or “Add a new number”
If you chose to add a number, enter the desired phone number (only digits with no other characters. If the number is not a CSHL extension you will need to start with 3, the same as if you were dialing manually).
Click Save
In the Speed Dial text box, assign a speed dial number
Click Save
