How to Forward your Phone

Note: You must use the VPN to log in while off-campus

To log into your Self Care Portal

Enter CSHL username and password
Click Sign In

To forward all calls

    • Click the Phones tab
    • Click Call Forwarding in the Navigation Pane
    • Click the check box for the extension to forward calls from
    • From the drop-down menu Choose “Voicemail” or “Add a new number”
    • If you chose to add a number, enter the desired phone number (only digits with no other characters. If the number is not a CSHL extension you will need to start with 3, the same as if you were dialing manually).
    • Click Save
    • In the Speed Dial text box, assign a speed dial number
    • Click Save
