How to Access Mimecast Features | New Outlook for Mac:
  1. Select the potential phishing or spam email from your inbox.
  2. Click on the three ellipses (right side of toolbar).
  3. Hover on “Mimecast”.
  4. Select from the options listed in the sub-menu.

How to Access Mimecast Features | Legacy Outlook for Mac:
  1. Select the potential phishing or spam email from your inbox.
  2. Click on "Report Phishing" icon.
  3. Click "Report" on the Mimecast panel that opens.

How to Access Mimecast Features | New Outlook for Windows:
  1. Select the potential phishing or spam email from your inbox.
  2. Click on the Mimecast icon (right-next to Forward icon).
  3. Select from the options listed in the sub-menu.

How to Access Mimecast Features | Outlook Classic for Windows:
  1. Select the potential phishing or spam email from your inbox.
  2. Click on the Mimecast Menu (next to Help menu).
  3. Select "Report Message" icon.
  4. Select "Report" on the Dialogue Box that appears.
