SharePoint Site Creation Requirements

To successfully create your new SharePoint site, we require the below information. 

Please note to keep the system functioning smoothly and to minimize additional costs, we may suggest you use an existing site or reject the site request.

1. Site Purpose and Functionality


Defining the site's function determines the template (Team vs. Communication) and feature set.

2. Site Owner (The Authority)


This individual is responsible for the site's long-term health and content governance.

3. Site Security Roles


 Site Administrators (Full Control Delegation)


Administrators are the Owner's delegates who manage day-to-day operations and settings.

B. Site Members (Content Contributors)
