📲 How to Forward Your Phone

Note: If you are off-campus, you must be connected to the VPN before logging in.

Log into the Self Care Portal

• 🔗 Go to: http://myPhone.cshl.edu

• 👤 Enter your CSHL username

• 🔑 Enter your password

• ✅ Click Sign In

To forward all calls

• 📞 Click the Phones tab

• ↪️ Click Call Forwarding in the navigation pane

• ☑️ Check the box for the extension you want to forward calls from

• ⬇️ From the drop-down menu, choose:

• 📪 Voicemail, or

• ➕ Add a new number

If forwarding to a new number

• 🔢 Enter the phone number using digits only

• 🚫 Do not include spaces, dashes, parentheses, or other characters

• ☎️ If the number is not a CSHL extension, begin with 3

• This is the same as dialing the number manually from campus

Save your changes

• 💾 Click Save
