How to Update Microsoft Teams

Apple Computers
You may receive an error stating your Teams app is incompatible, the classic Teams app has been replaced by the new Teams app.
You can switch to the new Teams app by using the in-app toggle that will appear on the top of your screen, or download and install the app.

Windows Computers
Teams should auto-update when an update is available and the app is idle.
If you are receiving an error opening a Teams meeting, please initiate an update for Teams.
To update, select Update > Update and restart Teams .
Teams will automatically close and update. If it doesn't reopen automatically, select and re open the Teams app on your device.
